Yes. All responses are anonymous. The company managing this survey will collect the IP address of those responding. This will only be used in the unlikely event that there are problems with the validity of the survey responses.

All comments are shared with the inspection team who will treat the information sensitively. Inspectors do not contact individual respondents, so please do not include personal or contact details in your comments. The information you provide may help inspectors explore areas of evidence during an inspection.
